Dolgelynen Farmhouse B&B (Right) gives you the chance to stay and relax on a working sheep and dairy family in Snowdonia, North Wales.

Dolgelynen Farmhouse B&B being situated in the heart of Snowdonia makes it the perfect location for walking and touring North or South Wales.

The farmhouse overlooks the river Dyfi and has wonderful views, peace and tranquility. Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the gardens and the many walks that start at the Farm.

The farm is close to Machynlleth which was the "The Ancient Capital of Wales", famous for its clock tower (Top). It is a bustling market town located 18 miles northeast of Aberystwyth. There are many shops, restaurants and a Museum of Modern Art Wales,

From the house there are views of Cadair Idris (Left) the second most popular mountain in Wales. The mountain looms menacing and primeval over the surrounding landscape. Cadair Idris consists of a massive 11km long ridge and although only the 19th highest mountain in Wales.

The summit, Penygadair (Top of the Chair) at 2,927 feet (892m), offers a superb panorama of mountain scenery. The mountain is notorious for its low cloud but on a clear day it is possible to see the mountains of the Snowdon massif and the Rhinog mountain range as well as the Lleyn Peninsula and the hills of Shropshire, the Long Mynd, the Wrekin and occasionally Ireland, simple stunning and well worth the trek!
